I was calling around searching for the right place to get a new stereo, speakers, and a new monitor installed in our Yukon for the kiddos to watch movies, the excuse was that it was a Father's Day gift. I did some calling around on a Tuesday before Father's Day and Since I was pressed for time, I ended setting up an appt at another location, before I ran into The Audio Shop. I called the Audio Shop just out of curiosity but I really didn't think I'd switch since I needed the job done that same weekend. I honestly thought the price would be the deal breaker but in the end, it was the awesome customer service provided by the owner, Dave and his employee Jaime (ok ok the price was awesome as well, got an even better deal!). Dave made the whole experience flawless, even when this deal took place during a busy working day for me! He didn't take my roadblocks as a "no", and figured out a solution in which we were both happy. They were quick and efficient! Everything that was installed sounds perfect and looks amazing! I truly believe that I got the better end of the deal. Businesses that take care of their customers, like The Audio Shop does, get my 5 stars, and my referrals as well! I installed a $9500 stereo on my pontoon boat with Zams Audio .. from the first day I have problems with my stereo , turning off , speakers blown out , Tweeters we’re turning off and on … awful .. I returned to pick up boat had a Dent on back of boat .. I’ve ask him to fix it and he totally told me to go some else and Tuff luck … I’m in process of taking him to small Claims court .. I say his businesses is not Professional, very horrible service , and install was not satisfying..!! 👎🏼 1 of 10 Try looking for Bass Makanics in Dinuba.. who took a 1/2 of day to fix Zams Audio mess ..
