Buyer beware! Custom sofa took 20 weeks despite constant follow up and an initial estimate of 4 - 8. When it finally arrived 4.5 months later it was visibly damaged (bleach looking stain down the back - see photo). Not to mention we also ordered an ottoman that NEVER CAME and they refused to provide despite telling us at the time of the sofa delivery we could get it a few days later.

I asked Kristin and Mark to make it right and they said someone could pick up the sofa and refund us. Despite being very sad that we still don't have a sofa almost five months later I said okay, and now it's been NINE DAYS and I've had to follow up twice - still no call from the pickup people!!

In addition they said they won't give me a refund for the deposit (they've had my money this whole time) until the sofa is returned and inspected - why they need to inspect a sofa that is damaged I have no idea!

So we still don't have a new sofa and my family has to dance around this large, ruined thing in our living space that's a painful reminder of this terrible interaction. I have to shoo my cats away and lock them up at night and keep my 11 month old son away from the thing until they decide to call me back.

We have bought several pieces of furniture for our new home at Roomors, including a dining table, bedroom furniture and 2 custom sofas that we would not have been able to find anywhere else.

Mark & Kristin, the husband & wife team and owners of the business, provided us a unique shopping experience. It was like having our own personal shopper and decorator. After making an appointment they met 1 on 1 with us in a casual & relaxed environment. They listened first to our likes & needs and then showed us pieces that matched our needs from the websites of the 20 or so lines of furniture, lighting and decor that they carry. We were delighted to find options comparable to bigger, trendy stores such as Pottery Barn and West Elm but at lower prices.

We really liked their business model of working directly with the manufacturers and saving us the overhead & hassle of dealing with retail stores or unguided online shopping.
