Ordered 2 veggie subs online- $13 & $15 sandwiches, that specifically state that they INCLUDE avocado. When putting in your order online, there's no way to "check off" that you want avocado on it, without incurring an upcharge (but, it's INCLUDED, right?) Apparently, because we also wanted peppers and spinach and some other veggies added to the basic recipe, they automatically assume we *don't want the avocado*, and we would have had to SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR IT in the comments box, even though it clearly lists it as "included". When someone adds peppers/ spinach to a BLT, do they have to SPECIFICALLY request the bacon in the comments box, too? Wouldn't it make **so much more sense** for me to have to SPECIFICALLY ask for it to be left OFF in the comments box if we didn't want it, since it lists it as INCLUDED (and there's no way to check it off without paying more $$ online)?? Make it make sense!! $30 in dry, sub-par subs. 😑 Whatever. Subway's closer, anyway.

I am a sandwich fanatic and this is place is my FAVORITE, by far. The bread is always fresh, as is the meat and veggies. Cheese selection is awesome, and there is never any skimping on ingredients. I get the ATC regularly and I hate places who don’t give you enough avo. That is never an issue here. The owner and his staff are fantastic and truly care about running their small business well. I’m posting a pic, even though I took a bite first in an effort to illustrate the freshness. Another cool thing, I love that I can get a 3” sub if I’m not starving. Perfect snack size and I’m out the door with chips for $7. Go see these guys, you won’t regret it. 🥪

We were up in the Carlsbad/Vista area and looked for sandwiches and found Perfect Subs. It's a small space but the food was good. The sandwiches were really great. We had the six-inch Santa Fe chicken sandwich and the mini East Coast sandwich. Both of them were very tasty and a lot of additions are available to choose from including sprouts. Definitely worth it. Bread was fresh.

Perfectsubs reminds me of High School, both because of the youth that work here and the fact that of the few times I do come in here there is at least 1 group of youth sports teams roving around here after a game.

Subs, Chips, Drink. Decent selection of the laters and options galore on the former. I’ve found as an adult that we like what we like until we are shown otherwise. Previous favorites were Ham/Turkey/Cheese from Port of Subs, Cesar Chicken from Subman, Italian from Jersey Mikes.

My usual is a turkey, ham, swiss on rye or their Italian toasted. I find their breads to be less crusty, but also less sweet, both of which I prefer on a sub. Some sandwiches need that crust, some need a sweeter bread, but not the 2 I usually get. Mayo, honey mustard and BBQ on the turkey/ham/swiss and dressing on the Italian.

Their subs are a perfect size, not enormous, but definitely filling. I have a solid appetite and never leave stuffed or unsatisfied with my usual chips, drink, sub combos. The service is always good, albeit they could use some confidence in their delivery, like they know what they are doing and are happy to do it. That will probably come with time and experience, but when I was working food service back in High School I was a Picasso with my pizzas and treated chicken teriyaki bowls like sushi.

I feel like their condiments could use some more zing (peppers, pickles, olives).

Prices are pretty standard. Décor is also expected from a Sub shop. I do find it lacks a little character. Something unique, something almost inviting and warm. I like the windows, but not the location, it’s pretty stuck despite being able to be seen, it’s a weird business park that doesn’t have an anchor to it, lots of expansion, but not a lot of stability aside from the fast...

Wanted to pick up a sandwich to split with hubby to take to the beach. Hasn't been here and this was in the way. We have a Subway close to house but thought we'd try this instead and we were happy we did. The guys there were very welcoming and with the questions we had they were happy to help and even offered suggestions to make the sandwich cut up a certain way for ease for us at the beach. Place was clean and quick in and out also. I have to say that the staff there and the quality and quantity of meat on our sub made the experience the reason we'd go back and drive the extra distance. At Subway they don't seem to enjoy the company of someone walking in even if it's dead in there and these guys, already with customers there, made us feel like they had known us a long time and that we were the favorites. These sub shops serve about the same things but these subs were better and have us more than just a roll with a couple pieces of meat, they made it a great meal! I wish I had taken a pic of the sandwich for others to see! Hope the place and staff stay around for a long time in that location....
