Mexico Viejo — Restaurant in Vista

Me and my coworkers go to this taco shop very often and every time we go they mess up somebody's order. My cousin ordered surf and turf fries and he got a random burrito. I ordered a torta and added beans and got it with no beans but was definitely charged for it. The bad thing is once we get back to our job site is when we notice and its not close so it's not like we can just drive back. We've let it slide a few times but one time we called back and we're told they would make it right and give it to us no charge just to be told they can't give it to us once we got there.Why say one thing and not honor it? Being from the Midwest, we don't have anything like this mexican food anywhere. First night in town, I found it by chance and got myself a Cali Burrito. It was the size of my forearm and was amazing, but also I couldn't get out of there without ordering a bran and cheese burrito as well this was amazing as well and practically the same size all amazing.

Best carnitas I've ever had! This tiny little spot is tucked behind the italian place, and easy to miss. It's my first time ordering today and I got the carnitas plate with a side of chorizo. The carnitas are flavorful, succulent, and have the crispy edges from being pressed against the flat top grill. The chorizo is the perfect consistency and level of heat. the little cut limes are juicy and the guac is smooth and fresh.
