If I could give this place a 0, I would.

I have allergies that can cause anaphylactic shock, specific dietary restrictions and of course, things I just don’t like.

I ordered something I knew I could eat, would stay away from my allergies and didn’t have anything I knew I wouldn’t want.

Now that being said. I was unaware the dish had mushrooms.

When they brought it out, I quickly gasped and asked them politely, “Oh this dish has mushrooms?”

They stated yes and so I asked them if it was on the menu. They told me multiple times and assured me I was just “blind to seeing it.”

I asked them for the menu where it did not state that the dish contained mushroom! Graciously they took it back and told me they would remake it.

They bring it back and instantly, I find tiny shreds of mushroom. I assumed it was from the pan, but it didnt phase me because they had stated they would remake it.

Then I found a whole mushroom and many other bits.

The server came over and I asked him. Hey, I ordered my dish without mushroom, and was told xyz.

His exact response was: “Oh, the owner/manager gets lazy and just picked them off.”

In what world is it ok to fabricate stating that you would remake my dish and bring back the same dish?

I asked him, you have to treat every food adjustment per the consumers request as if it were an allergy.

I’m deadly allergic to maple. I told him this previously when we were ordering.

I asked him, “If I ordered pancakes, would you wash them off if I told you I was deadly allergic to maple syrup?”

He then stated no and so I asked him, then why is there still mushrooms on my plate?

Food and health safety regulations are so important as someone who is vegetarian and has allergies.

The comment on the manager being “lazy” does not cut it.

It makes me wonder, “Do they cross...

Happy to see a new place very near us. First disappointment was the hot room. For a place with an emphasis on varieties of coffee and coffee drinks, please turn on your air conditioning to at least standard room temperature. I don't even drink coffee unless I'm cool enough. Coffee problem: French roast was weak! It should be the strongest of your selections.. My pancake was missing the apples, but our server, Jeremy, brought them out right away. My husband had the Tuesday special, tacos. They were alright but not great. Music would help the atmosphere. Our server., Jeremy, was a bright spot, as was the manager, who went the extra step, bringing extras with our to-go boxes without my having to ask. But the manager must be the one who had asked the employees not to turn on the air conditioning. It's true I am hot natured, but I need it cool for comfort. Food was served hot and presentation was good. The manager was saving money, and many would not have complained. One of my cancer meds. will bring me years of hot flashes, so I'll be leery of coming back to Brunchpoint. Our favorite nearby breakfast is still Richard Walker's pancake house. Edit: I didn't know how to put it, but something was "off" about the flavor of my...

Went for lunch today. Every table was dirty. We finally got seated then waited 15 minutes before our drinks came out then another 25 minutes for food. I got the Summer salad. The walnuts were bad. I asked for no red bell peppers and onions. There were bell peppers on my salad. It comes with basil dressing but the server Amelia brought out Itailan then got upset when I told her it was not basil. Nasir is green ( a no brainer). I didn’t eat the salad. My husband got the veggie wrap and he like it. The service is horrible. I was in the restaurant industry for years. The Manager needed to have at least 2 other workers on the floor. We asked for our check then we see the waitress starting to clean tables. We mentioned we were in a hurry as this lunch was a marathon of issues. We had a coupon but the waitress couldn’t figure out how to apply it. She called the manager. Meanwhile 3 tables walked out! The worst part….. my husband had to pull the car over so I could get sick on the way home. I’m never going back. I only get out from time to time for health reasons. The food made me get sick. Eat at your own risk! Lack of management will close this restaurant down. There are too many...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The first thing that caught my attention was the exceptional coffee they serve. I tried their honey latte and it was absolutely delicious. The perfect balance of sweetness and rich coffee flavor made it a truly delightful treat. Moving on to the food, the cob salad with chicken fried was an absolute bomb! The combination of fresh greens, crispy chicken, and flavorful dressing created a symphony of flavors in every bite. It was a perfect balance of textures and the generous portion left me feeling satisfied. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was attentive and friendly, further enhancing the dining experience. If you're a coffee lover or simply looking for a scrumptious meal, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Their honey latte and cob salad with chicken fried are definitely not to be missed. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
