BUYER PERSPECTIVE: Me and my Mother came in Saturday afternoon. 2 hours prior to closing. 4 employees were on the floor, none of them greeted or acknowledged us. We were there solely to purchase a gold necklace for my birthday. As I walked around your jewelry counter, a woman came out to count the jewelry but never looked at us or said anything. Once I got around to the first case she was counting she looked up but again, no acknowledgement. As I stood there in disbelief, in front of a wall of used shoes....I took the time to look at each and every one of the employees and still, nobody could look at us. The guy sitting at the gun counter on the computer, the woman counting down her drawer, the one ignoring us as she slowly counted the jewelry.....no one. I was reluctant to even visit the store but because the goal was to purchase jewelry I thought...sure why not. We left and spent over $600 elsewhere. Store Manager...surely these employees can, at the very least, acknowledge buyers? Especially ones who show up to your jewelry counter? Very unimpressed with the store. Will not recommend nor will we ever return, even on a whim...

The manager needs to learn how to not speak to customers with an attitude. He’s seems like a nice guy but can’t handle controversy very well. I was at the pawnshop two times the first time I was trying to sell an item in the original Employee I spoke to Gave me an offerAnd I told him I would come back at another time to think about it so a week later I went back there I was going to talk to the original employer because the manager told me to talk to him. Which never happened because the manager and the guy employee were talking about it the manager decide to go outside with me to see what I had and I was trying to get rid of well apparently the original employee told him something different than what I was told before and I told the manager that I know what he said and apparently to him I was already having an attitude and he wasn’t gonna do business with me I wouldn’t want to do business with somebody like that anyway and I’m pretty sure that there’s other people that thinks the same way about the manager the guy needs to learn how to do proper business with people be respectful....

These people stole my rifle! This incident happened right at tax return time, i had to go in and get a loan on a rifle i owned because i was out of work for a few weeks and i honestly didnt want to do it. I got the minimum i could get for it because i didnt wamt to have to pay back alot when i got my tax return check. Well i got my tax return check the very next day of course so i go into ezpawn to buy my legally owned rifle back and due to the fbi being extremely busy at tax return time i was put on delay for re owning my rifle. Well i say ok fine, i go back three days later because after 3 days they legally can sell the firearm back to you but no they tell me im on delay again. This pattern continued three times and i ended up having to call corporate on yoshi the manager with half a brain there and never got my rifle back even thougg ive never been in trouble with law in my life. This was legal theft on ez pawns part and they did this on purpose and...
