Waco Mattress Center — Hotel in Waco

Please believe me when I say that if you shop anywhere other than Waco Mattress Center, you are wasting your time! I purchased a mattress just about a year ago, six months or so after the sale I started having problems with the mattress. I called and spoke to Carol. She sent her guys out to measure and take photos to send on the manufacturers rep. Shortly after that I was notified that there indeed was a failure with the product and a credit was issued and to come in an pick out a new mattress. I did and picked the new and improved version of what we had. 9 months later we started to have the same issue. I called the store and spoke to Suzanne, and we set up the same process as before, measure, photos, etc.. Well you guessed it, there was a problem with the new and improved version and a credit was issued. To make this long story short, we have a new and different mattress coming our way. What I am trying to say is that Waco Mattress, Carol and Suzanne truly care about their customers, and the quality of service they give before, during and after the sale. They want you to be happy. If you went to any of the larger furniture stores and have this problem, they would tell you to contact the manufacturer for your warranty issue. You now as well as I do the process would be painful. Waco Mattress cares, they listen and point you in the right direction and do that without any pressure sales tactics. I can say without a doubt that I am a customer for life and will tell all who will listen about the excellent service I received from Carol and Suzanne. Don't Buy HERE!!! 2. 1/2 years later review!

I just wanted to give an update on the mattress I purchased in 2015 . I still regret it every day This mattress is horrible do not make the same mistake as me my trusting the words of a full warranty . After two weeks of having a problem with this mattress I call Suzanne the manager to send out a man to inspect the mattress .The man showed up to inspect the mattress At first sight he agreed that it was defective, he agreed that it had a bad slump in the center.Commented that the 2 x 6 laugh boards under the box springs are much stronger than the stock one Took a few pictures and left. The next day I get a phone call from the manager Suzanne that stating that The support underneath the mattress was not to their standards that she cannot warrantee my mattress. Wow!!! 2 1/2 years later I'm buying a new matters with a education from this store and how they treated me after I not only help the mangers dad finish his flooring for free!! But trusted that as a friend warranted meant warranted! And if I was to pay them to install the matters for a warranty why the hell would you not tell me that important info! I continue to write reviews to let people know Don't trust what your told by this store and don't Buy from them! They will not keep...

Helpful selection process, but thats all to make the sale. They took my money without issue of course, but getting the goods was another story. I was there on a Sunday: "We have it in the back...wait no we dont, but we'll have some on truck this week". A few days later I called them: "well the truck didnt have it so we'll have to order it. Itll be early next week". Monday, I called them again: "it didnt come, but should be this week". Thursday 10am, I called THEM, .. again: "the truck came and I think its there, Ill make calls around 1130 when we know for sure". They didnt call until 3:35PM. Went to pick up the next day. They didnt offer any tie down, asking me if I brought my own (no, the truck was borrowed and competitor stores actually appreciate customers spending hundreds of dollars so youd think a buck or two for complementary twine wouldnt hurt their margins). The guy muscled it in the back to cram it in the truck bed, the mattress looked like a letter "J" all bent to fit like no big deal. This wasnt my first transaction with them so I was a little surprised. They dont have a mattress monopoly in town, not sure why they acted like it but Im getting my next...
