I purchased 30 vases at LSOB for my church. We have 30 folding tables for large events and thus I needed a set of 30 vases. I spent an additional $100 on shipping to get the vases home. I went into LSOB knowing that it was was a final sale, scratch and dent outlet. When I got home and gently started taking the Magnolia stickers off the bottom of the vases my finger went right through the bottom of three of them. The glass was paper thin right in the very center of the bottom. Several more have the same problem, and I have no doubt that the first time they are washed at the church the glass will fail. There was no way for me to know this ahead of time because the price stickers completely covered the area where the paper thin glass was/is - and strengthened it. I understand that at a scratch and dent outlet due diligence is key for a buyer. But, when a flaw, dent, scratch is covered up by the store’s own price sticker it seems dishonest to me. I would have never thought to ask the store clerk to allow me to remove the stickers on all thirty vases in order to make sure that there wasn’t a flaw underneath the sticker. I called and spoke with a Magnolia customer service representative about the issue and her bottom line was - you bought it, you own it. I am very disappointed. I thought that the Magnolia enterprise would be run with higher ethical standards than that. I would suggest that if you shop at LSOB that you remove and examine underneath the sticker of any item before...

Bought an outside therometer "made in China" which I later realized.Guess I was expecting a local made item....Really didn't see the excitement and found it overpriced, which is why I now have a $24 therometer made in China.....only thing I could afford. Then to see a China sticker on it made me want to take it back. Which leads me to my Magnolia Market purchases ( where I dropped a couple hundred). Got the measuring spoon set.... one broke first time I used. They replaced it promptly but was informed they were more for looks than actual use...even though they are printed dishwasher and microwave safe....huh? Did get a great quality leather pouch though! Love...
