All the birth certificate workers do is sit up and gossip and talk smart to the guess at the window when interrupted. Immunization upstairs is the worse. I’m the only patient twenty minutes before a TB read came in. Then another patient. Now I’m on thirty minutes of being here and still nothing. They hate being interrupted, so they make you wait. This location reminds me of the old Bell County Health Department on 9th street that showed concern for the needs of the children. Temple new location and staff as well as the process need to reevaluate -their process is broken. There was a parent and child that had been waiting in line since 3 am and a parent of 4 came up at 7am-cut in line with her friend and went in.
