Yetzers Sales, product-quality as well as Service is unarguably superior to a large chain in the Twin Cities! We purchased a rocker-recliner from a chain store for about $450. The sewing was poor and the stuffing was mis-shapen. The store swiftly passed my complaint to a 1-800 number. They didn't listen. The Rep offered me money, the complaint department email and eventually I just didn't want to deal with it and dismissed it as buyer beware.

Yetzers is completely different! We bought two rocker-recliners from Wade, who was exceptionally friendly and informed, also for about $450. Yetzers offered us delivery for half the price of the other place. They arrived via Jim, another friendly, neighborly employee of Yetzers. Shortly after we sat in them I found a crinkly piece of something in the stuffing. I called Yetzers and they set up a time, at my convenience, to meet at address the problem. No 1-800 number, email, etc.-- just "I can help".

Jim came out, on time, and was able to remove a small piece of packaging that was missed during manufacturing. He was professional, helpful and happy to help! It took him four minutes.

The way the issue was handled is exceptional. I can see why I've heard people who live around Waconia say they will only buy from Yetzers. I'm certain that I will buy exclusively from these folks...

Why we purchased our furniture at Yetzer’s Home Furnishings and Flooring in Waconia! Did you know that there are about seven furniture stores on France Ave in Edina? They carry very nice furniture; they also have associates waiting for you at the door to walk you around their store and basically talk you in to purchasing whatever piece you are currently looking at, even if you are not sure it’s right for you. I know you probably have not heard of Yetzer’s Furniture Store in Waconia, I hadn’t! A friend told me about it, so after touring all those other furniture stores we decided to check them out. It was great! No pressure, wander at your leisure and when you are ready, they are ready to help you. We picked out a love seat and wing back chair and then sat down with Tom Wiest and talked about fabrics; there were hundreds to choose from. Tom asked all the right questions about our home and helped us to decide which would look best. The order was placed and we were given an eight week delivery window. Furniture arrived in six weeks and looks great in our home. So if anybody asks me about where to purchase furniture; I will tell them to go to Yetzer’s Home Furnishings and Flooring in Waconia. My husband and I shopped around quite a bit for a new dining room set. We decided to stop in at Yetzer's and see what they had, but went in thinking that they probably wouldn't have anything in our price range. We had been to HOM, Ashley, Slumberland, and all of the other large chain furniture retailers. We were really impressed with the service and hometown feel at Yetzer's. We worked with Tom and he helped us pick out the perfect table and chairs for our home and in our price range. We still shopped around after visiting Yetzer's, but nothing else was as nice or as solid as what we found in Waconia. We love our table and chairs. We wanted something that would last for many, many years and we definitely found it. The protection plan that we were able to buy was also a great deal. Jim and Greg delivered our furniture and they were also great to work with. The next time we need furniture, Yetzer's will be our first...
