Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Waconia

This place is a Bruegger's Bagels and Caribou. I come here to get Caribou rather than bagels. The customer service here is terrible. A few times it has been acceptable, but a lot of the time it is a teenage girl who doesn't know what they're doing or doesn't care. They've gotten my order wrong a couple of times. I also always order a blended drink (a cooler) and by the time it gets to me it's melted a lot. Either they make it with too much liquid or it sits out a bit before they give it to me (I go through the drive through).

My worst experience ever: I ordered two drinks, both were different (a campfire mocha and vanilla white mocha) at the drive through. I pulled up to the window and the lady hands me a turtle mocha. Just one too. So I tell her what I wanted and she still only interpreted it as me wanting only one drink because she went back and brought me only a campfire mocha. The most ridiculous part is what she did with the turtle drink. Instead of noticing that there were two people in the car and offering the drink to us, she went to the lobby (which I could see through the drive through window) and yelled "anyone want a free drink??". This bothered me so much because just moments ago I told her I wanted TWO drinks. At least she only had me pay for...

I order the same drink almost everyday at a caribou, depending on where I am. When I came to the one in Waconia today because I didn’t get ice, she filled it about 3/4 of the way and came to me and said that I’m only filling it to this and then the rest is gonna be cold foam, but it’s still not gonna be to the top. I have probably ordered more than 50 of these drinks and not once have I ever had that issue. since the manager has left this place has really gone downhill. It is so absolutely disappointing. This is the same place that wasn’t gonna let me use my perks points either. They also overcharged me for my drink. My drink is usually eight dollars and some change and they charge me $10 and some change. And then not that they had me sit there at the window while My drink sat on the counter and they were doing nothing and finally somebody came over and brought it to me and the lady that did all this apparently her name is Tree? I absolutely Recommend going to the Caribou that is located in the grocery store. They are always so kind and would never do...

Rudest staff in town. No sense of customer service or urgency. Always a long wait. Stood inside last week waiting for my order for 10 minutes while 5 employees stood talking and complaining. My crafted press was so gross, had to have it remade. Was told they used cooler mix on accident. Seriously waited 10 minutes with no one else waiting for a bad drink. My sandwich meat was raw. I just brought it home and microwaved it though. Didn't want to walt another 15 minutes. I Heard way too much tmi and apperantly that their boss only puts in part time hours and is apparently clocking in full time. Let me tell you, it shows. This store has been bad for over a year. Gave them one last chance . My order was incorrect 90 percent of the times previously. Never stocked well with merch. Most beans they don't have or are expired.
