I wish I could give this place a higher star review. Definitely not a sensory friendly place. The music is way too loud, causing guests to be louder. The booths and tables are small and the amount of items on the table leaves barley any room, I felt claustrophobic the whole time. I got the chicken Alfredo with a side salad, my mother got a 6oz sirloin with a side salad and my father a pouter house with a side salad. Thankfully we don’t have an allergy to tomato otherwise there would have been a problem as we both found seeds in our salads when we asked for no tomatoes. The breadsticks came out quickly and where warm, the sauce for the breadsticks tasted like it was out of a glass jar. We got our food and it tasted great for the most part. Weird texture on the Alfredo and the chicken was sort of bland. My mothers steak came out barley warm and more rare than medium. My fathers steak was amazing though also slightly cold. Service also definitely needs working on. Overall the...
Read moreMy sister jokingly told me not to leave a review because this place is so good she didnt want too many other people to know about it! The food was excellent, the prices were fair and not over priced. All 6 of us got different dishes and all 6 of us loved everything which is unheard of! The waitress, Angela, was probably the best waitress I have ever had and I am 60 so have had a few to rate! She made sure our beverages were always filled before we asked, she made sure we had plenty of condiments for all of our meals, she brought out free breadsticks and marinara dipping sauce for the table, she overheard us saying it was our dad’s 87th birthday and offered to take our picture and treated him with a dessert of his choice. So many times we leave a restaurant saying “the dining experience was fine but we wont be going back.” This time we said, “the food and customer service was so good, let’s come...
Read moreThis place is very clean, and this is where it ends. The bread sticks served were borderline cold and raw. Marinara was also cold and bland. It was so off-putting I would have told the waitress or manager to discontinue my order, but the service was negligible. The so called manager spent most of his time spent talking to a table of friends instead of checking on his tables. Seriously, there were 4 tables in the place and he literally spent all of his time talking with friends, instead of making sure everyone was good. I asked for a to go box right when my food came out, still nothing of asking how things were. Really???? I left it there, because if the food was as good as the bread sticks, I would have been puking or in the ER. Really the family that owns Chuy's in fremont? This place needs work, and more attentive staff. We won't be back! It's over...
