Came to St. Cloud to buy a really nice matching suit. After looking at options, ended up choosing a style from Knight's Chambers. In the beginning, the initial sale went fine. Once my measurements were done, I returned a month and half later to try on the pants. After putting these on, they looked ridiculous. My wife explained it as I looked like I was wearing an oversized diaper. We both explained to the manager that this was not OK and he tried to reassure us this is the way all the pants look??? Really, never seen that before. So now, had to pay another tailor fee to get them corrected for not being done properly the time before. A month and half later I return, to more dismay. Pants oversized and the back end looked like a big, droopy arrow. After trying to engage with the manager of the mess-up, he made it sound like it was my fault. I told him I have a few fitted suits and none look like this mess. His complete arrogance and lack of empathy were quite pronounced and so we grabbed the suit and took it to a local tailor. They were completely confused on the fitting and stitching and ended up taking the whole pants apart and restitching the proper way. I will never buy another suit from this company, nor refer anyone to this particular store. What an embarrassment and the manager needs a new career. When you pay good money for a fitted suit, I believe everyone expects a quality product and fit upon return. This, I...
Read moreMy husband, as well as several of the groomsmen already had the suit from knights chamber from previous weddings. There were some that needed the full suit, some that needed a vest and some that just needed the tie. When we went in to pick the tie color we stated some just needed the vest we were told that couldn’t be done with this suit. Which was fine I asked what other vest options they had and were told none. I asked multiple times that they didn’t sell any other vests?
The next day when my husband called to give the final head count we were told they could get vests they would just be slightly different. Everyone got there orders in. I had my husband call about 2 weeks before our wedding to see when they were going to be ready. We were told that they were waiting on one vest size yet. Which my husband knew was incorrect as he was at the groomsmens house when he made the call.
Our suits did come in time and looked great it was just a headache getting...

My mother came here to buy a suit for my dad for my wedding. They came out with more than one for very reasonable prices! She encouraged me and my fiancé to take a trip up from St. Paul to get one for him as the groom, and it was such a good experience. They eased our worries and made my Fiancé feel comfortableand confident. The people here care about you, and they know a lot about what they do! We ended up driving our groomsmen up to get fitted for their own suits as well. Highly recommend this location in Waite Park (who are independently owned and different from the one in Maple Grove). Roughly $100-300 per suit, depending on their current sales. Tailoring turn around could be 1-4 weeks. Hidden treasure of a place! Great pricing and great turn...
