Legacy Heritage Apartments — Local services in Wake Forest

Hello i am a resident at legacy Heritage I agree that the situation with the fire extinguisher was upsetting. That said, I’d like to clarify a few things for fairness and accuracy.

First, it was actually three cars affected, not ten. While that’s still unfortunate, it’s important to avoid exaggeration, especially when it involves the safety of a community we all share.

Secondly, Legacy Heritage cannot be held responsible for the reckless behavior of teenagers who don’t even live in the complex. As soon as the issue was reported, management took immediate action to address the situation to the best of their ability, including notifying authorities and cleaning up the area. They’ve consistently stepped up when situations arise and done a lot to keep this community running well.

I know it’s frustrating, but to say you “don’t feel safe anymore” when there was no physical harm done feels—respectfully—a bit extreme. No one is dismissing the inconvenience, but calling the entire community unsafe feels a little insensitive to the efforts that have been made and...

I can't say enough good things about the entire team here. The Leasing office ladies work way too many hours because it seems like someone is always available to help. They are dedicated to their residents and always have a welcoming attitude! Kimberly is my go to and always greets me with a smile. Iris is also very sweet and even rushed to hold a door open for me when it was pouring rain and I had my hands full. I love how much they pour back into the community here, so many events and parties and so happy they did an Angel tree for the boys and girls club at Christmas. The maintenance team, Donnell, Shaun and Alfred are the best I've ever seen. All 3 gentlemen are extremely professional, friendly and take care of things around the property before you even have a chance to remember it was a thing! I love this property so much! This is my second complex I've lived in since moving to Raleigh. It is so convenient to all that Wake Forest has to offer. I love the location!! The staff here is amazing! I've never encountered a property manager that's so involved in all the events! They have so many things to offer from kids to adults and even the dogs. Can't forget the dogs! Iris and her staff go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Any issue around the property Donnell and his team always make sure it's taken care of right away. The pool and outdoor space is so fun and inviting during the summer. We love going to play the games in the clubhouse and working out to be ready for the pool again this summer!
