It wasn't just one item missing, the whole order never got made!
Ordered ahead on the app. When I arrived to the double drive thru, the order placed at the 2nd line was being displayed on my screen. No one ever came to my speaker and 3 cars ordered at the 2nd line before I got fed up for waiting and pulled ahead.
The woman at the window couldn't find my order. I showed my order on the app on my phone and she asked to see receipt. I had to park and go inside the restaurant to get my email receipt pulled up.
She then started yelling at the 2 incompetent employees about making my food while I noticed 3 other employees sitting outside ( I assume on break) the entrance smoking ( I assume cigarettes). One employee was obviously high on something. He could not concentrate or do anything right while the lady manager yelled at him constantly, he only made 1 drink while the rest of my order got made.
The whole fiasco took more than 20 minutes to finally get my food that should have taken 5. The chicken nuggets were cold, one drink was wrong (I assume the one the high employee made), and no napkins or condiments given that we asked for.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. Incompetent employees, rude attitudes, yelling, unprofessional!
If this is a franchise location, the owner needs to be notified of the terrible employee's work ethics and clearly being impaired on the job. If this is a company store, you have a real problem location here with terrible, incompetent employees!

She said it would be $9.73 at the window. I thanked her, pulled up to the window, she opens the door and says that will be $24.90!! I’m like I just ordered a #1 Whopper combo with a coke. How can it be $24.90? So the closes the door, stands there looking around laughing!! Then she walks over to what I am assuming was a manager, says something to “assumed”manager. The “assumed”manager comes pushing her way to the window, opens door says to me: “ MA’AM THIS ISN’T McDONALDS!!!!!!! In THAT TONE. Walks away, they all start laughing!!! Then the original person at the window comes back, opens the door says that will be $9.73 and proceeds to say “that was with a coke right”!!! She takes my card, hands me my drink, then my bag. I tell her Thank You Again. All she did was continue to laugh!!! So BURGER KING if your employees are going to be rude and make fun of people; Maybe YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES how to be RESPECTFUL to YOUR Customers. Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken fries meal with sweet n sour sauce with sweet tea and they gave me the total for that even though i wasnt even done ordering then someone else came in on the intercom and asked me what i wanted and i said i wanted another order of the chicken fries and he asked me did i want the meal and i said yes please with a sprite and honey mustard and then they proceeded to ask me if i wanted anything else and i said yes can i get the 4pc mozzi sticks please and then i got my total and drove around to the window. when i got there i had asked the lady at the window could she please put a honey mustard sauce in my bag and she nodded her head and said yes. And she handed me the sweet tea only and i told her like hey im missing my sprite which they responded saying dint dint even charge me for the meal for the second order at all. So i dint get upset i just said ok and they handed me my bag of food and i drove of expecting everything else…they dint add any sauces i had asked nor did they get my marinara sauce for the mozzi sticks.. ive never had a good order at this place nor am i ever going back there.. dont...
