The summer camp is the worse there is. Kids in charge don't care, while I was dropping up kids and picking them up, these teenagers were paying no attention to children at all. they really need a grown up in charge. It got even worse. My six year old got hit by a puck 5 times by the same camper, he had black and blue marks to prove it. One exactly under his left eye. He told me that he cried and told the "counselors" about it, and asked them to call me so I could pick him up because he just kept crying and and to go home. They did nothing, just put ice on the mark in the face. So my son decided to walk out of the camp, and go and look for me. I work in Wake Forest, but we live far away, so he is not familiar with the area. only second time in our lives we have been in The Factory. My 10 year old son, notice his brother leaving and told the counselors, they didn't do a thing. My son had to go out of the place to look for his brother that was walking by himself in the hallway outside leaving the building. When I picked them up. Nobody said anything to me, I found out when I asked my children for the black and blue mark on his face. Stay away from this place. I paid to skate and for skate rental. When I went to go get my skates they didn’t have my size. I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t give refunds. I paid $15 not to skate. This place is dirty, staff is rude, and the rink is overcrowded. I saw one girl get knocked over and hurt. People were bumping into each other. It is not a safe operation.
