Scheduled an appointment with Shantel (a graduate student) on December 18th for today. After sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes I stopped a woman who turned out to be Shantel. Inquired about what happened with our appointment today and after looking in her computer she realized she never even scheduled our appointment. Goes to show, no matter how much you research a place it doesn't always do a bit of good. If we hadn't shown we would have been charged but when they do this is too bad so sad. Now I have to start all over locating a different therapy group. Greatly appreciate the help you didn't provide!
