Tonight I made an online order to be delivered. I ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and a root beer. They didn’t have any drivers so door dash delivered the order. It was missing the two liter of root beer. When we opened the box, the top of the box was caved into the pizza and the center of the pizza was not cooked. It was raw doe. I called the location and made a simple complaint of the raw doe and no 2 liter. They apologized but could not get my order to me due to having other orders. It was 7:22 and this was our families dinner. I decided to go up there and get the remake and the 2 liter. When I got to the location, they had another pizza that was made and the center was raw. The veggies were still not cooked. The employee asked if I wanted it cooked well. I responded by of course and can I speak to the manager. The manager came out and I initially asked why I couldn’t be a priority since I did not get my order completed and there was an issue. The manager stated that he had other orders and door dash had to bring it out. I live 7 miles away down a curvy highway. He started to speak over me and would not let me finish a sentence and his hands and arms were shaking while he was talking to me. I did bring the delivered pizza back to the location and he said I ordered it that way and I didn’t order it waterless. When he made that comment I got my phone out and started to record. I kept trying to talk to him and he kept talking over me and he started to get lout with me. I got louder than him. As soon as I got louder than him, he called the police. I never threaten or used any foul language in the restaurant due to under age employees there. He told the police that he had cameras there. So the director can go back and review how he was with me. He’s the manager and he needs to take ownership of every situation especially complaints!!! I had a complaint of undercooked food and everything not being delivered. We had wanted the order to be delivered due to being at a funeral during the day and just drove back 3 hours from Grand Isle. Knowing that a customer that is having a delivery issue is coming to the location instead of having an “what can I do to help” but having “you ordered it this was, to bad” attitude towards the customer. Calling the police because this manager had zero people skills and does not know how to handle customer complaints. The customer is not always right, I’m not saying that I was right after he talked over me and got loud with me. He told the officer that I yelled at him and he didn’t have to take it. My history- 20 plus years in the restaurant business first started at a Papa John’s location 26 years ago before I joined the Navy. 10 years as a General Manager/Director. I am Loud due to the fact that I do have a hearing issue to due...

Read moreSo this is the newest papa johns over by walker high school, buffet style, for almost $30 (2 adults and 1 child) you can go up as much as you want they make whatever pizza you wish and there’s salad and dessert..... in comparison to Gatti’s it’s sorely lacking, menu isn’t really abundant, you had to guess at which pizza you’d want made especially if you never really ate papa johns. Now the pizza itself is of course very fresh, but the turn around is still quiet slow, so I found myself going up for other stuff that was already made and filling up on plain pizza. You can easily just order pizza and drinks and enjoy being at home; the cost is pretty much the same as delivery so unless you will be eating a whole pie per person I really don’t feel the buffet style is really cost effective for the consumer. On a brighter note, the place is well kept and very clean, there are many TVs so kids can enjoy a show...
