Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Walker

On February 15, at around 6:50 PM, I was verbally attacked by an employee and the manager of the store named Maison. I was cursed for asking for my money back for waiting over an hour for two pizzas. I was patient after waiting 45 min. I was told they lost my order and was working on it. When I checked a second time after another 15 minutes passed by, I was told by the employee who checked me out that I lost my own “f-ing” order and that she was off the clock. I hollered to the back for a manger and asked for my pizza and my money back because I was just cursed, and the “manger told me he wasn’t giving me a pizza, but would refund my money. I told him that I was just cursed by his employee, and he began to get irate and started cursing me and telling me that once he refunded my money, I was to “get the hell out of “his” store. I started to video him and so did other customers in the store who began to speak up on my behalf that they heard him cursing the employees from the back. Once I received my refund, I just left. I tried to call corporate for someone to address the problem, and I was left on hold for 25 minutes. This is unacceptable behavior. I will NEVER do business with Little Caesar’s I. Walker again. Went to go get the kids a pizza for lunch. When I pulled up, a worker was sitting RIGHT IN FRONT of the door smoking. She puts her cigarette on the window seal and walks inside all while blowing smoke in the doorway....im not a smoker and cannot stand the smell so i was immediatelygrossed out. I'm praying she's going to wash her hands. Nope!!!!! She asks me what I wanted & grabbed it. Now, thankfully the pizza itself didn't need to be touched or I would've rejected it. But if she's not washing her hands after smoking in front of a customer it makes me think she prepares the pizzas after smoking and not washing her hands. Literally made me cringe. Yall have to do better...

Went there last night and the girl running register on the closing shift of March 26, 2019 could not even exchange my change bc she was not good with counting money back. Um hello, what kind of establishment has someone running a register full of their money , that can't do simple math without it being done for her. Also, complained bc I ordered a bacon wrapped pizza at 9:30 and made it known I was an inconvenience to them bc they were closing in 30 mins. Hello it's your job.
