Milner's Jewelers (Ware Designs) — Local services in Walnut Creek

Was once a fantastic shop, sadly when the ownership changed the quality did as well. Most recently I had a pendant that I purchased overseas and took to Milners to get a stronger casing and chain. My husband picked up the finished piece and didn't check it before leaving the store. When I put it on for the first time the pendant had a LARGE crack right down the middle, and the casing was weak (with the pendant spinning around inside). The kicker was that they charged me more than double what they quoted. We have purchased a few items in the past, and loved the family run local aspect of this shop. But after this experience with the new owners... I will not return, nor recommend...

The staff is so friendly and honest. They are able to answer any questions you might have or get back to you with answers in a reasonable amount of time.
