While this store is well curated and I have purchased many items for my 4 boys and planned to do more in the future. I tried to exchange a $29 beanie for a $50 beanie. Yes I was going to pay the difference but since I did not have my original receipt on me they said they could not do the exchange. BTW, I could find the purchase on my credit card but the staff said it was the owners policy to have the original receipt. The beanie was in original condition with all tags from the store. I politely told the staff I would not be shopping here any longer and would donate the beanie to Goodwill. $29 is not worth anyones time, probably not even the time for this review but it has still been bugging me and I wanted to make others aware to keep that...
