I used to frequently shop this store until now. Went in today to pick up some things for a project I was doing. As I waited patiently to get some paint mixed I was asked by an employee if I needed help and I kindly said yes please thank you. This employee proceeded to go on her two way radio and ask for help in paint. I could here the response coming from her ear piece telling the employee that they can help me in paint. This employee yelled “oh come on” slammed something down proceeded to stomp over to the paint counter and started slamming things on the counter directly in front of me. The employee in a very rude way then asked me what I needed. At that point I grabbed my things and said “ I don’t want any help from you if your going to act like that”. I then proceeded to find the manager who was working on the floor. I explained to him what happened and that I wasn’t comfortable being around that employee. He asked me what I needed in paint went over and mixed the paint for me and said have a good day. NO Appoligee or anything! I worked in retail for 17 years and I know this kind of customer service is unacceptable! I will never return to this store and most likely any...

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Usually a good experience, but PLEASE PLEASE train the younger employees in "customer service"! I bought a few items yesterday for $26 total & used a $5 off $20 coupon received in the mail. I returned today to exchange one item. My total was still above $20, but the kid at the register said the $5 off coupon comes off when you return any one item, even when the total is still above $20, to quote, "well, that's what the system does, I can't override it, if I could, you would be taking advantage of us." I wanted to say YOU gave me the coupon! One of my pet peeves is when "the system" does not allow someone to do the right thing & an employee doesn't think to be creative to make a customer happy. Please...
Read moreI drove from Foxboro to that place for a door seal set that stated they have it in store. Once got there, store was confused to me. Asked an older gentlemen who was helpful enough and pointed me to the right location, realized they don't have what they said online. The gentlemen then proceed to say, well that's what we have, look around for yourself. Then I started walking around looking for wood clamp, once I got into the aisle a tall guy in his late 50s who was stocking up saw me coming moved slowly from me to approach another customer and asked if he could help him. The gentlemen then said, no, I'm just looking. He looked at me as if I shouldn't have been there, nor bother to ask what I was looking for. This place feels and seems dated. I will not return...
