I stopped by the store because I saw they carried Tirtir foundations and I was excited cause I've been wanting to try Tirtir. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a tester available for the shade that I thought suited me best. I asked one of the staff members if they had one in the back or could offer a sample, but they told me they didn’t and that if I bought the foundation, I wouldn’t be able to return it even if it didn’t match, since they don’t accept returns on opened products.
Honestly, it’s really frustrating to be expected to buy a foundation without even being able to try it first, especially with no return option. That kind of defeats the purpose of makeup shopping in person.

i asked one of the staff members for help with finding a makeup product and she gave me a sarcastic look instantly said they sold out without even bothering to help look for the product for me.
will never be coming back here. i’d rather go to tao’s or reiwatakiya because this store is way too expensive and preys on the college students nearby with how pricey they markup their products. and they don’t even give any promotions or discounts for their...
