The customer service during checkout was very unacceptable. Chung, the cashier, was very rude and ignored me when I said hello twice. When I said hello the third time, I said it much louder and he finally said hello. While ringing the items up, he huffed and puffed (I was purchasing 6 items), and when it was time to give me my receipt, he tossed it in my direction and proceeded to move on. The receipt rolled and I caught it before it hit the ground. As we were walking out of the store, the customer after me walked up and he greeted her with a smile and asked how she was doing today. For the next customer, he did the same. The only difference between me and those customers is that I'm a black female and the other 2 females were (1) white and (2) of asian decent. I decided to have my daughter who was with me return my items because I don't believe consumers should have to spend their hard earned money after being treated so poorly. He realized he had just rung those items up and commented that it was a quick return. My daughter expressed that he was rude to me, and all he said was "ok."
