I had no expectations going into this appointment as I had never been to this salon, so this is just a review of my experience.

All around the place was nice and clean, and the person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They had a seating area and a place to shop for their products. I think this was set-up very nicely and they really utilize the space well.

I don't ever do anything to my hair so all I came in for was the Malibu treatment. I felt like my stylist didn't know how to deal with my long hair. (It's very long and has never been cut so I know it's a lot)

I was hoping to know what products were being used so that I could possibly check them out online or at least see what was going on with my hair but I was only given the name of one product that she recommended and only got to see my hair at the very end. I asked if she could possibly do loose curls or waves at the end and she kindly obliged but I felt like little effort was put in, as one side was curled nicely and the other side was pretty much straight.

If you are looking for a Salon that makes you feel like your important this is it! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and Important. My first visit they gave me a tour, showed me around and all the things they have to offer! I have been having Amanda do my hair and she is beyond sweet! I feel like she actually listens to me with what I want done! She always makes you feel so comfortable with her (even when all I did during some of the time was sit and enjoy the quite time!) She makes sure you like how she did it and is always so nice throughout the whole experience! First time trying this salon..... had the best experience! Renee was very personable and polite! I highly recommend her and this place! She made me feel very welcome while i was there! My toenails look pretty! I will definitely be going back for more services....as they are a full service salon and offer many different things. Decent prices. Nice little gift shop area with unique products! I always have t buy extra stuff everywhere I go. Lol. I was even given a little goody bag when I arrived, since I was a first time customer!!
