Really like this place, thinking we spent close 2 hours in here. Like any antique mall, you will find items priced right, some high and a hand full lower. BUT!!
Why the 2 stars, well it came down to the checkout. Had found one item high in a cabinet right side in the back. Sign on the glass door had 20% off. Checked thur the lower shelf to the top. Was not looking at the tags at all. There was one item that did meet what I was looking for and checked the price with a quick calculation of - 20% , I’ll take it. Took it to the front to hold while I continued the search.
At checkout time the item rang up with just 10% discount, ( doing the math in my head ) walked back to the cabinet and showed the one worker where the item was at. They know this one booth person will place items in with another booth as their items move better. This was not a case of someone off the street moving items as they did not want it and leaving it somewhere else.
The 20% discount should have been honored because if the one guy wants to purposely place their items into someone’s they should be held to what ever discounts that person has going on.
They ( the two ladies up front) know the guy and stated he does this. Not good if you ask me. ( felt like a bait and switch)
Still asked if I wanted the item with the guys 10% discount and I wanted the item.
So beware.
The folks running the place should place all of the one guys items in his own booth. If booths are shared then there should be a BIG Sign.

Read moreThis was the MOST amazing antique mall I've ever visited. They had a huge selection of items and the actual building itself felt like a maze of hallways and hidden rooms filled with treasures along with a huge basement full of the same. Unlike some malls, this one actually had a great selection of real antiques and less junk than others by far. There was a fair selection of uranium glass and Fenton hobnail glass along with a wide variety of antique medicine bottles. There were old coins and bills along with quite a few native artifacts. Prices were great and reasonable.
As I was walking around with my items someone asked if I would like them to take my items to the front for wrapping while I continued to shop and after I checked out and left I noticed how much care was put into the careful wrapping of the glass shelves I purchased. I live in northeast Columbus and am planning my next trip here for my vacation because on my way out to go pick up a pizza I had waiting for me I noticed there was an entire left side to the building as well as an upstairs and I'm devastated over the treasures I am sure I missed. I truly loved my experience here and cannot...
Read moreHubs and I stopped in Mar 26, not long after they opened. Walked in, no other customers, and saw two employees at the counter, chatting. We were never greeted. No smile, wave. Not even a Hello. We went to the left and wondered there then upstairs. Came back down, chatting with each other. Same 2 people at the counter. Walked past. Nothing. Still no acknowledgement of our presence. We walked back a few booths and commented to each other how we felt. Sure did not feel welcome. We were on the hunt for a specific item and whatever else caught our eye. We took our probable business and left. Never again will we darken their doorstep. Want antiques or vintage items? Head to Findlay and spend time at Jeffrey's. No, I have no affiliation with them. Just enjoy their...
