I was misled by the initial person that gives tours etc. by his own ignorance which is probably the case I don’t think he had a negative intention. He totally misrepresentedThe accurate financial picture including when Medicaid can start n availability . Just make sure you talk to Debbie the administrator or an official finance person and do not talk to the person that gives the tours Finances or Medicaid availability. The Gardens at Wapakoneta is a very welcoming home place for our mom. The facility has several gathering spots for our family to enjoy while visiting, inside and outside. The staff is extremely pleasant, rooms and entire facility are clean and there are many daily activities for mom to take part in, whether it's group bingo, hall bowling or working on a puzzel with a new friend, to name a few. The staff and the facility is up to date, very clean . They have activities for all the residents . But most of all they care about the residents which I feel is making the adjustment of going to the Gardens alot easier for the residents there . Everyone that I've talked to ,the staff and residents are happy which means alot . I would highly recommend The Gardens...
