Nature's Medicines — Local services in Wareham

Ok so this is where Im kinda upset!! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and I have been very understanding about little hiccups here and there but this one really is getting to me.. yesterday the 12th my wife went and grabbed a 1 gram sticky fish witch only been a half gram apoun pick up.. ok!! upset let it go so today go there for the same thing to happen to me I was really hoping it was just a mistake they made when my wife went, I left really feeling like I was let down by one of my buddies because as I said I have been a loyal customer and these guys at nature's medicine are absolutely good people and I personally love the place witch in the end is probably why I feel so let down..( update) I'm really upset that no one from nature medicine did not even try to contact me to ask me what happened I go there almost everyday I'm well known there I'm on first name basis with just about everyone there I'm really let down I think I might venture out n go somewhere else and know that I'm just a number there to begin with.... update 9/19/24 so at this point I'm going elsewhere and also can recommend a much better place to go. it's not the people that's the problem at natures medicine,it's their product!! It has been going down hill for the past year and also they don't care to take care of issues that should fall on them they put blame on corporate or whatever so they don't have to give up any extra products for mistakes made. Now today I bought a quarter of flower that's supposed to be small n medium buds well it was was half bud half shake and on top of that had 5 stems thrown in just as weight with nothing on them straight bare I could see maybe it fell off but no you could tell it was stem with no bud attached where bud would form on it just straight up stem really cool guys...this is where I'm done iv been a customer and a good one for a long time you guys have kinda screwed up for the last time I could understand a lil bit of shake almost 3 grams of shake out of 7 really plus straight stem so it's not even 3 grams of smokable shake thanks for the couple good years when you guys cared about what you was selling to your customers not so much what was going on profits even though you make plenty......for people wanna know a really cool place to go where they sell the same products as nature's medicine practically half the price it's a lil bit of a ride but definitely worth it in the long run...just ask the name...

This dispensary is the worst in mass. They've bent me over 3 times. First time a damaged cart I get zero reply regarding no matter how much I try. 2nd time I make a pre order and show up and they tell me they "hope they filled it" to tell me they didn't and they're out and the next thing up is twice the cost. 3rd time I drove from Yarmouth to show up at 9:58 to find "they pulled the drawers" okay? You close at 10? Thanks for wasting my time, over and over again. You're the worst dispensary ever, I didn't know they could be bad on this scale.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! THE WORST DISPENSARY I EVER BEEN TO. I bought 3 pre rolls and 1 PRE ROLL was EMPTY!! I sent them an email with my receipt as soon as it happened, tried calling any number I could find and nothing but constant busy signal. I went back the following morning to talk to the manager( who looked to be no older than 20 years old) I honestly didn't think anyone would give me a hard time about it. I bought something and the container was EMPTY and the kid/ manager opened the empty container and asked me to smell it because it smelt like it previously has weed in it( I said what do you think it would smell like your a cannabis dispensary) (really)and said he didn't believe me and would not honor it. I then left my info with my # with the employee that witnessed this and asked her to have the owner call me. I still haven't heard from the OWNER and I have reached out threw Instagram message, emails, ect..I have no words on how DISREPRECTED I was and...
