I’m a contractor and my truck is my business my office I can’t work with out so any time it is off the road is a bad thing for me and my family. I need to replace the front breaks in my F250. Got there about 25 minutes prior to closing they had what I needed in the store. Got home to find out they sold me breaks for a F150. Big difference. I race back to the store the assistant manager was out in the parking lot ready to go home. Not only did he take responsibility for selling me the wrong parts he re opened the store made a few calls to make it work, and got me the right parts! Way to make a mistake right! You don’t see...

Our car battery had died and we went inside to buy a Portable jump starter the guy working said I will help you jump it. Came to the car and during the down pours due to tropical storm Elsa he said that we needed a new battery which we had in the car but couldn't find the right socket to get it loose. He said well let's change it instead of jumping it, and the guy working and my husband changed the battery in the pouring rain. The employees there go above and beyond work expectations and are very wholesome, down to earth, and knowledgeable...

The staff here deserves every one of these five stars. Everyone I’ve met there has been extremely helpful, honest and kind. They are always attentive and engaged in your needs and interested in helping to find a solution. Store is always well stocked, clean and orderly. I don’t live in Wareham, but I am down there quite often and I will wait, if I can, to do my shopping there as I don’t think I’ve experienced such a pleasant team anywhere...
