These people are scammers. Some female at the counter sold me a bad pod a week ago. It was super dark, which means, it's either expired of defective. You can get sick from inhaling this. I sent my husband back for another, not asking for a refund, because I opened it out of the store. He opened the next one right at the counter, to make sure it wasn't dark, and it was. The woman at the counter had openly said they had "complaints" about this. My husband didn't ask for a refund but asked for them to exchange it for the double pods which would make the place more money and the woman at the register said she needed to call the owner.
She gets the owner on the phone and explains. But he doesn't care at all. Even though my husband was willing to exchange to pay more for a double and the owner said no, he wanted to sell us bad product and make us pay for more. Like how hard up are you that you need to sell people faulty and health hazardous product when they are willing for you to take it back and pay more for the double which never seemed to be an issue. I am talking about single Vuse cartridges. She openly said they were getting complaints on the single packs which is the only time I had an issue. But they didn't care.
He walked away with faulty product that could harm ANYONE and my husband went elsewhere and bought the doubles at another place and they were the proper color that was not stale or dark showing defects in the product that should not be for human consumption.
Not only will I be contacting the BBB on Monday regarding this but also the FDA so they can investigate this. Just know, they don't care what products they are sending out the door and it's not okay to send out defective product that can harm a person.

Unfortunately the product I purchased- what I hoped would be an easy and inexpensive way to dab- was not performing as I had hoped (no fault of anyone’s). I went into the store in Wareham to see if there was anything out there around the same price and as easy to use. The clerk who was in there could not have been MORE RUDE. I was appalled and left the store without anything while he tried to get me to stay so he could explain his little outburst. He seems to have assumed (because I’m a woman???) that I didn’t know how to dab and he had to “teach” me. The general ignorance beyond that was astounding and I will not be returning. Having someone on staff “10+ hours a day 7 days a week” who is “sick and tired of the general public and their problems” is probably not conducive...
