Good customer service! Owner's son was working and tried to sharpen my skates. They had a faulty grinding wheel and it took over an hour to figure out the wheel was malfunctioning. The young man tried everything he could, called his father to see if he missed anything and then once he realized one of the wheels was imbalanced he grinded the skates with a good edge and didn't charge me.
