Today, on September 9, 2020, we ordered a number 2 large meal for $8+ and two whoppers for 5 , total $15+ at Wareham Burger King. We were handed a large soda and a bag with chicken. My husband had to walk around the building to return a wrong food to their window. Then we were waiting for 20 minutes for them to bring our food to our car. Checked: no receipt, no fries, no napkins. We stood in a car line for the second time, called them, asked for the manager, she started talking to us without introducing herself first, then under our pressure she named herself Diane, and said that we did not order a meal, but just a whopper, and hang up on us. When we drove to the service window she refused to provide us with the receipt and screamed at us to leave. We said we will stay here till she follows the law and provides us with the receipt of our purchase, or we call the owner, but she screamed at us again that we can do anything she does not care...When we started a video of her, she disappeared. We stayed there at the service window for half an hour, all the cars behind us were leaving, the manager or BK worker didn’t not show up. If this is a service, then we do not want to deal with such unethical behavior, verbal abuse and unprofessional attitude! No wonder all BK restaurants...

Some girl took our order last night repeated it back to us multiple times and I was thinking wow this person's really efficient which is unusual for fast food restaurants. Anyway she hands us the bag which was two burgers and two fries. So we drive away and go to find a place to eat and open the bag and it's only one burger!. Like what the hell you repeated the order back to me three times and then forgot 3/4 of it. I guess it's my own fault for not examining the bag because I was in a rush to get home. But completely unacceptable and even if I was to go back it's not like anything will get done about it. This place is an absolute dump and thieves. How incompetent can you be to put one burger in a bag and then slam the window shut meanwhile almost everything is missing. Not to mention the outrageous prices for trash food. Never again but especially...
Read moreOk I would give No stars Tried to return a French frie Manager insisted on not returning money even though they over charged for a different size , said you ate it ! It was not fully aten ,I had just noticed the fry was different size, brought it in and she starting giving me money back said she didn't have the change When she did !!! and threw the change at me on the counter!!! and then told me not to be wise when I just wanted my money back Their mistake! Uncalled for can't believe she is training others! She made me throw the fries away on top of that!! Not good anyways hard ..oh then I said I would contact coperate and she was Yelling her name at me as I was leaving!! Bad bad customer service it's a shame thousands and thousands of visitors going to the Cape !! Now I know why parking...
