Santoros Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Wareham

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY! I placed an order with this place for two calzones. I specifically told them I had a tomato allergy so to be extremely careful with my food and to not put marinara sauce with the calzones. I get there there is marina sauce all over both calzones. When I tell him I need new ones he has the nerve to ask me who was gonna pay for those? Are you kidding me? A food allergy is not something to take lightly and then trying to get me to pay for both the messed up ones and new ones is beyond wrong. This man refused to make me new ones unless I paid for the ones they messed up on and then when I got frustrated he comes out from behind the counter and starts screaming in my face. I honestly don't know how they are in business and I don't know where this mans thought process was. I ended up paying for nothing and left with no food. You guys won't last long running a business that way. if you have a food allergy I would not eat here. They clearly have little regard...

Good pizza but dishonest with their pricing, coupons and policies! I had one of THEIR coupons from their menu - $2 off a large 1 topping. I ordered a large with half salami and half sausage. That equals ONE topping. The menu said the price for that is $13.50, so with my coupon it should have been $11.50. The guy rang it up and charged me $14.25. He told me it was because a 2 topping pizza is $14.25. I told him a half & half topping is one topping not two. His response was "No, thats how we do things here". Nice! I guess he flunked arithmetic class where they teach you that 1/2 + 1/2 = 1.  In many years of ordering pizza I've never been charged for 2 toppings when it was just 1. I hate a dishonest business. GOODBYE...

If you are going to charge over 21 dollars for a wrap and small soda it should at least look good and be filled. It was two different wraps hardly any feta for my extra and when I called to make sure the price was right I was met with an attitude. I get prices are going up. 21 bucks for a wrap and soda? When I actually opened it up and called back because there wasnt much feta and it was two wraps rolled. The wrap was soggy and wet. Some of the steak was delicious. Many pieces I couldn’t eat because tough/fatty.

Make sure you ask how much your wrap with no sides is before you order. I could have went to a nice restaurant gotten a meal and...
