Went in for a coffin shaped full set with a picture of how I wanted my nails done. I showed the guy at booth #2 the picture and chose 2 colors. It was supposed to be a simple crisscross tip but I tell you, the quality was something terrible. The shape was completely off, the polish was messy, the area around my cuticles were messy. He only finished one hand and when I looked at it I couldn’t believe how bad it was and sooo far off from the picture. I understand that I went in with the design and picked the colors but the quality of his work was trash, and on top of that he got an attitude because of my dislike of his work. This was not some intricate design that he did and furthermore this is my hard earned money that I’m spending so I’m not going to settle for trash service. Mind you it was supposed to be a simple crisscross French tip. I was upset by his work and attitude so I told him to remove the polish and I’ll go somewhere else to have my nails fixed and done properly. There was no apology given, just attitude and foreign language chatter. I can only imagine what was being said…Never again will I spend my money or anyone else’s money there,...

It’s been a while since I was there but I feel like its worth repeating after seeing other reviews. I went there to have my toes polished. I have a foot drop and collapsed feet which makes me not only self conscious but I sort of walk from memory. I can’t grip my toes for shoes like sandals. I told them my issues and was met with blank stares which, I’m not sure if they understood or not, but said nothing nonetheless. They put me in those paper slides anyways and I again informed them I wouldn’t be able to walk in them since my toes can’t grip and sure enough, I fell flat on my face. Not only did not one employee help me, my toes were ruined and they didn’t offer to fix them either. Even if there was a language. Arrived, they should’ve been able to understand I was hurt (and mortified) but not one person stepped in to assist me. I never went back...

Let’s play.... What I asked for VS What I received. I asked for dip powder with my nails almond shaped. The nail tech told me my nails were too short for almond shape ( my nails were not super short) so he suggested getting tips and dip powder. $45 later this is what I left with. My nails are not almond shaped at all and they were super thick. I will never go back to thIs shop again. They don’t care about the quality of their work. They up-charge for every service, but don’t deliver great work at all. One day I got a $25 pedicure that ended up being $40 because I got gel polish. It’s like come on people. I will take my hard earned money to a shop that appreciates their clients and show it...
