I went to this location last night after promising my son I would take him out for ice cream. I am extremely disappointed in the rudeness and lack of professionalism in the staff here.
The couple in front of me ordered. The young girl waiting on them went to hand off his ice cream. The man stated he had wanted a waffle cone. To which her reply was "that's not what you ordered. You didn't tell me that." Instead of making it right..she literally stood there and very rudely argued with the guy. Finally she said in the most condescending of tones "which waffle cone do you want".
After they paid and left, I was waited on. The girl that waited on me was super nice...offering multiple samples to my picky child. As I finished my order I stood at the cash register while many employees walked past seemingly wandering aimlessly. Nobody smiled..greeted me..checked me out..nothing.
As I was standing there, I had to listen to rude girl loudly proclaiming she didn't get said guys order wrong and how could she have.
I have a tip for you...don't talk about customers in earshot of other customers..it's rude..!
If it weren't for the child I promised ice cream standing right there excited for his treat, I would have walked out and went to Dairy Queen.
Disgraceful. You guys need Zingtrain. I highly suggest you look into it. Judging from other Yelpers, I'm not the only one with a poor experience. I won't be back.

Read moreIf it was up to me I would rate this place -5 STARS. The worst cold stone I've ever been to. I came to this location a couple times and every time I've received bad customer service. I stopped coming here until recently I picked up an online order for someone. When I came into the shop, there we're already people placing an order in front of me. The guy taking orders did not even acknowledge me or even bother to tell me that he would be right with me. Instead, he acted like I was not there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand being understaff and busy, but to NOT EVEN GREET A WAITING CUSTOMER? I stood at the counter and waited at least 15 MINUTES until I had to catch the guy's attention. I told him I had a pick up and he rudely said that someone will be with me. He went to tell another guy about my pick up and I seen the guy rushing to make my shake. I do not understand why have the option of pick-up if I still have to wait the same amount of time as someone who walks in. Not only is the customer service bad, but the place looks very unsanitary. I would NOT EVEN let my dog eat off of the floor there. The staff act like they don't want to be there. NO ONE HAD ON GLOVES, I did not see anyone pause to wash their hands, it's very NASTY there. Read moreArrived on the 2nd of April around 1030 pm. Saw that the dining too was closed, lights were off. Went around to the drive through (lights were off) but someone came to the speaker. Husband and I politely asked if they were still serving and the man very rudely said “no we are closed”. According to website and google they do not close until midnight. Filed a complaint with the cold stone corporate customer service sheet. Got a call back from a gentleman saying he wanted to speak to me about the experience. Make a long story short I told him the experience and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they close at 11 and that it was googles fault they haven’t changed the hours online. He said that he will “speak to his employee” about why we were told they are closed. No offer to reconcile the situation, no attempt to even make me feel like he cared. As I told him and I will tell all of you, DO NOT GO TO THIS COLD STONE/Tim hortons. They are rude, and care nothing for the customer. I’ll stick to my regular spots.
