I don't know where to start with this place, i liked to treat my children with their own personal box of tim bits spontaneously. While they are quite expensive, since we receive so many coupons in the mail, I assumed my daughter could order hers (of course I gave her money, she's 4 very independent) I seen nothing wrong with allowing her to do this as it teaches them about money, communication with the public and mannerism. I ordered first to model how it's done and what she needed to do when she orders hers, I get my order in exchange hand the lady my money with my coupon. Then as it's my daughter's turn (I'm obviously still standing at the counter next to my daughter) she asks for an order of Tim bits (with my help clarifying her order) the older lady whom is seemingly always taking orders and working the register when going in to order, gets my daughter her box of Tim bits, as she puts it on the counter my daughter goes to give her the cash + coupon and the older lady rejects her coupon and says "no no no can't do it, she with you, you family" I replied correct she is with me but she's doing her own transaction, the lady says "no no, she not person her family, you together, her not her own person" (mind you there are 4-5 other people in line behind us) as I stood there dumb founded, total loss for words, and absolutely humiliated, that she claimed my daughter wasn't "a person, wasn't her own person" thankfully and gratefully there was a generous gentleman inline behind us whom offered to complete my daughter's order for her. This kind man was in his work attire, he's a mailman so assuming he was stopping for lunch. I'm assuming he was just beside himself as I was, while my innocent daughter stood beside me looking totally lost, and denyed, her pride stripped from her, her independence rejected. I'm overly grateful for the gentleman who was next inline that witnessed the rejection in my daughter's face, I'm a young mom trying my best to educate and guide my children. I couldn't even fathom if this had occured with someone else, when I was a child I can remember my nana (grandmother) rewarding me with money for assisting with things around the home, she would take me to spend the money I had earned (teaching me the value of a dollar, how the world works, a life lesson) whether I wanted to go to the store to buy a toy, or if I wanted to buy a treat, or ice cream, she would take me so I could spend my money that I had worked for and earned. I'm ashamed that this woman had the audacity to reject my daughter and take this experience away from her, it's extremely disturbing that she acted in such a heartless manner, as if we/my daughter was taking money out of her pocket by using a coupon with her transaction. I refuse to go back there I refuse to spend another dollar at this specific location. How dare you tell me "she not her own person" she most certainly is her own person whether age is a factor or not, if a group of co workers or friends go to grab something to eat and all have coupons but came in the same car, would you tell them "they aren't there own person, there not a person" no you wouldn't because guess what there money is just as valid and good as the next "person's" in line. So wise up if you're using a coupon to make a purchase at this overly priced, poor, selfish, money driven location, which clearly has 0 interest in customer satisfaction or being compassionate and gaining...
Read moreI go here every weekend because it’s close to my house & because my husband loves his Oreo Ice Capp. I like to get the avocado toast, but the last 5-6 times going here I keep ordering avocado toast thinking I’ll get a different result each time but for some reason I keep getting avocado bread. It’s not toast at all. The one I got last weekend convinced me not to order my favorite item ever again because no matter how many times I ask it’ll never be toast, but it’s always cold avocado on cold bread. I don’t want avocado bread!! I want avocado TOAST!! They told me their toaster was broken after I finally complained which I hate doing especially with the people who are handling my food, but I couldn’t take it anymore. You’d think they’d tell you this before letting you order this item but nope instead of letting you know the toaster has been broken for over a month they just kept letting me order avocado toast knowing I’d get avocado bread. So nice of them to let me waste my money on the $5-$6 bread because every single time I went home to eat it I’d just end up tossing it in the trash. As far as I’m concerned this Tim Hortons owes me at least 5 orders worth of avocado toast! Anyway, my husband wanted his Oreo ice Capp this morning so I decided okay I’ll order something else. I ordered a egg, bacon, & cheese on everything bagel & wouldn’t ya know it….. they bagel was cold & raw & the bacon wasn’t cooked. For the $20-$25 we spend here every single Saturday morning I honestly think we deserve better. I don’t have money to waste like this. Fix your toaster & if you can’t afford to fix it then make sure to tell your customers before ordering that their toast will be bread & their bagels will be cold & raw along with the bacon. At least tell your customers so then they know what they’re paying for & at least say sorry our toaster is broken so you might not want to order that at the moment instead of letting me waste my money every Saturday! Blows my mind that a Tim Hortons can’t afford a new toaster!! If you want my opinion DO NOT order food here!! Just get a coffee & go! They don’t even know how to hand people a donut they just paid for that is warm. They throw it in a plastic bag so the chocolate or topping on the donut sticks to the bag. It’s not the way to treat your customers, especially your returning customers that keep trying to give you...
Read moreI will not return to this location. I was there for Cold stone ice cream. The store was unorganized and the cashier was not being sanitary.😝 You should never handle money and proceed to prepare food. (All other employees were wearing gloves)🤢 You should be cleaning/rinsing the paddles/scoopers before preparing the next order.👀 Cold Stone is not cheap! Give the e customers the correct amount of ice cream, I ordered a gotta have it & the ice cream barely reached the rim, I have been to several locations and I know how much I am supposed to get.🤨 If you're location is supposed to close at 10:45pm, the door should not be locked at 10pm! By the way, a different employee locked the doors wearing gloves that he didn't remove before returning behind the counter to continue preparing orders.😦 There was other flavors or mix-ins in my ice cream. I asked for cake batter with no mix-ins, there was clearly other stuff in my ice cream, brown to be exact.🧐 I asked for my order to be remade multiple times and they proceed to take multiple other customers before addressing the issue. I asked two other employees before the original cashier finally addressed it. I had to tell her to put on gloves before remaking my order.😒 By the time my order was being remade, the container was empty. The cashier had to go to the back to get more ice cream. She took the same bowl to the back with her and scraped of the ice cream with the brown stuff and add more ice cream to the same bowl!🤮 Although I remained nice, calm, and patient, she seemed irritated that I was not satisfied.😞 No, gloves, prepared orders with washing her hand, touching the inside of the customers bowl with the same nasty hands that was...
