The staff here is top notch. My fiancé and I have been here numerous times since they’ve opened and have yet to have an experience that I wouldn’t say was near perfect. Lots of options for latte’s and they have their featured items change a lot which is nice. Favorite thing I’ve discovered is their “Free Shot Friday” which allows an extra shot of espresso in the drinks, for free, of course. Usually don’t get food but recently tried the havarti and turkey bragel which was excellent. My daughter and I stop here quite often in the mornings after I drop my son off at the middle school. We have about 45 mins to kill and she is a coffee lover. She’s more of a coffee drinker than I am. I took her in so she could get a Butter Bear her new fav. Well she pointed out this cup she wanted for the Christmas season and the owner or Manager said give it to her our gift to her. They are seriously the best in the business in customer service. When face to face with a few of the employees, they really don’t seem to have a full grasp of what they do there, or how to streamline their process, which you’d think is pretty important for this type of business. Maybe it’s just how the younger generation is? That said, supporting this local business is something I’d prefer to do but it needs to be comparable to similar businesses in efficiency. Getting coffee before work should not be an ordeal, let alone a 20 minute one. And I speak of this happened on several instances, not just one, in store and drive thru.
