Horrible customer service! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Bought an IPhone 6 new from here I was switching cell phone companies. The guy said it should be activated within 45mins what a lie that was I was still calling the guy 3 hours later that day he kept telling me give it a few mins more. I got sick of calling so i gave it over night still no activation the next morning I go back to the store and they stated they should be open they were not open at all that day. I was so furious at this point so I went back the next day on a Monday on my only day off after a 7 day work week with a sprained ankle I waited in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting on this place to open because when I got there they had a sign on the door we will be open at 3pm today I waited until 4pm still no one showed up. I get stuff happens maybe an emergency but the guy who hooked up my phone should of called me back the next day to make sure it properly hooked up he knew I was having issues. This store had no problem taking my money but yet couldn’t fulfill what I paid for. After waiting I went to a different boost store on Hayes rd in Clinton Twp the guy looked into the account and had the phone activated in less then 5 mins. If you need any boost mobile needs go to the guy on Hayes rd not this location they don’t care about...

The owner Anthony was purchasing a $2000 phone from me offered me 400 when he sold it and then when I went to pick my money up over a month later because he did not return no phone calls Friday afternoon he tried to tell me he got $62 for a $2000 phone and then try to offer me $31 for the phone. And then when I told him I want the phone back, he threatens to shoot me and called the police. What a business owner reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to Boost Mobile. I came in there to get my screen fixed but when I left my frame was bent! My home button no longer worked, according to another tech I took it to, to get the home button fixed they also broke my flex cable. After all of this sold me a case to cover up the damages. I want my money back for breaking this phone and now for It to work properly I need another screen.
