Six months ago I highly recommended Little Italy pizza on how good the food was however, I’m back with an very disappointing review! Every since I left the review over six months ago the quality of the food and the professionalism has went all the way down! It seems like they just don’t care anymore! Every time we order take out/delivery, our order is never right (food not prepared right or missing condiments that we paid for) my most recent situation was placing an order and NEVER GOT IT! Yes, I order and it never came (order during store hours) yet and still no food! Little Italy pizza answer my call, took my order, confirm my address, told Me the estimate arrive time FOR US NOT TO EVEN GET OUR FOOD!! how disappointing!! My family and I waited over an hour looking for our food to be delivered but it never arrived. Never ever experience anything like this before! I Call the restaurant the next day looking for answers and guess what!? Out of two manger NO one knew nothing!! I was provided with ever excuse possible rather what really happened! Very disappointing! One”manager” said they were close when I call ( but yet they took my order) the other “ manager” said they were open! One of the so called manager even stated he will look into and call me back. Of course I never got a call back and that’s fine! I am also fine with the fact I will never order...

I agree that the pizza is always burnt. I have had to call and ask for the owner not to overcook it. Almost always it is burnt and hard on the edges and top and tastes like sheet. Have been going here for 5 years. No more. I’m done with this place. The toppings are generous but what good is that if it’s freakin burnt. I will not ever go back here. I should not have to ask to not overcook the pizza. Why can’t you make it right and not burn it? Zero stars for this place. Done with it. No more. Like the last reviewer stated I will go to Jets Pizza and get a perfectly cooked pizza every time. It’s bull sheet to have to ask not to burn it and the get it and it is. Learn how to properly cook the damn thing. Avoid this place. They don’t listen and don’t really care. Again to ask not to overcook it and then they do is just down right not giving a sheet to satisfy the customer. Never again. You lost our business. Others have complained about this too. Terrible to waste money on this when it could have been avoided. Only once we received a properly cooked pizza. Again, if you like burnt pizza then this is the place for you. Not for me. Very disappointing and a waste of money expecting a decent pizza. My fault though. Should have not tried to give this place many chances to provide decent food. If you like pizza this is...
