Teriyaki & Pho Thai — Restaurant in Warren

We are trying new places around us and stopped here. We ordered ahead and added a drink at pick up. So, the dining area and restaurant overall looked dirty. Cluttered cashier area, greasy windows and glass, curtain hanging in the kitchen doorway, floors dirty. While I was waiting for the drink I asked if I could get a side of chili oil to go with the food. Just a small condiment side that they give in the tiny plastic container. The female cashier walked away to get some. The male employee behind the counter said I could have some but I'd have to pay for it. There were containers of it at every table for those dining in but, I guess if you ask for the same consideration as a carry out customer they charge for it. I started to open my order and just dump some in there but the guy was so rude about the whole thing I just decided to leave. I'm mad I added a to prior to this interaction. Other customers standing at the register also asked why there were charges for certain sauces that go with the food ordered. They were complaining about it as they left as well. So, for customer service this place gets a zero. FOOD: The pineapple fried rice was ok. The vegan pho broth was ok. The vegetables and noodles were disgusting. The mushrooms were bad and they had bamboo shoots and water chestnuts in there which I've never seen in pho. The veggies were raw and I guess if the broth is hot enough they cook a little. The bubble slush... Frozen boboas. Overall, I would NEVER come back here or recommend this place. The employees are NASTY, the restaurant, NASTY and the food is disappointing. I don't know how they got the reviews they have up there but that wasn't out experience....

I did a carry out today & I called in my order at 11:10, the lady told me 15-20 minutes and I’m like perfect! I get there I would say 1125 and my food wasn’t ready & little did I know I’d be waiting forever for it. So I’m like it’s okie I’ll wait another 5-10 minutes and nothing. She tells me they are “finishing up my salad. It’s 1135 by that time. Still waiting and late for work. I was about to cancel my order. Everyone else was taken care of. Me and this other guy was waiting. People came in and put their order in and got their food before me. I get my food past 12, that is ridiculous. I asked her what took so long she apologized because she knew I was waiting for awhile and she rudely responses they had to grill they steak, seriously?! I put my order in at 11:10 and I received my food after 12. Horrible service and food is ehhhh. When you tell your customer 15-20 minutes, actually mean 15-20 minutes. Not an HOUR later. Amarin Thai across the street is wayyyyy better and their service is great andddd they have been there for...
