Took my White gold rosary to have it fixed, The chain was broke, The chain was fixed, but the owner switched the clasp to a rusted fake clasp that didn’t even fit the right way on the necklace. I went back to let them it was switched and the owner said he didn’t switch it but right away said he would change it!! He knew he got caught!! He couldn’t find a clasp that goes to my necklace because i am sure he used it for the fake jewelry he is selling!!! He gave me a different clasp i was so angry i just took my necklace and left! How sad for a business to lose their reputation and customers for a $25 clasp and how messed up it is when they ruin something you paid good money for. I was his regular customer until now. The owner was so rude to me when I was talking to him he talked to me like I was stuoid and was saying that he is the president of all the jewelers in Sterling Heights…. I bought a bracelet for my niece the price changed like three times his daughter gave me a different price and he gave me two different prices. I also gave him my wedding band to repair a missing stone. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days it took over two weeks and the diamond he replaced is smaller than my other diamonds. I will never come back to this place again....
