This bridal shop is AMAZING! You will NOT be disappointed! I got engaged right as COVID hit and we wanted a short engagement. Rachel was able to schedule an evening appointment for myself and I was able to bring a few family members. Before we started looking around, Rachel asked what I was looking for, and went and pulled the dress. We saved it for the last one to try on, and it was PERFECT! She knew exactly what I was looking for and she exceeded all expectations! Her mom does all of the alterations and we enjoyed each time that we were back at the shop for fittings. Both Rachel and her mom listened to everything that I asked for/wanted and made my dream dress possible. My mom had thought that we would spend so much time at other bridal shops looking for dresses, but we only looked at one store! This shop is the best! 10/10...

If you’re thinking of going here, I HIGHLY recommend it! I drove from KC specifically for this shop. A lot of the shops in KC were very intense and seemed to overcomplicate the dress finding process, which stressed me out. Even just booking the appointment with Ivory and Lace was way less stressful than other shops. When I got there, Rachel was amazing! She listened to what I wanted/ didn’t and let my friends, family and I pick out dresses I wanted to try on. After only a few dresses I knew which one and she made the rest of the process a breeze. They have the most stunning gowns, and very fair pricing. During your appointment you’ll be greeted with a very warm welcoming, your name will be written on the board when you walk in too. They will give you cookies during your appointment, and champagne when you buy your dress. Compared to other bridal appointment I felt heard and comfortable.
