Luxury Nails — Local services in Warrenton

If you go here DO NOT go to the woman doing pedicures, she is rude and rushes. I went with my friend and she had her. My experience was amazing the man I had took his time and really paid attention to detail. The woman however was so rough on my friend and was constantly paying attention to other things and was even massaging her with one hand while she was watching something on TV. Not to mention when scrubbing the dead skin off her she barely put any pressure and was slamming my friends heel on the foot rest so hard I could hear it. Then when it came to the massage part she put the lotion on that was given in the box and nothing more at least my guy put oil on when he noticed my legs drying up. This place was also so messy and disorganized upon further glancing. Dirty towels on the floor, all the nail colors thrown on a broken table, and even open medicine boxes on the counters. And children walking around and getting up close. Again...

Well when I first got there everything was fine, I picked my color etc etc... then was I was assigned to a tech she wasn’t very gentle with my hands... pulling them throwing them around and not to mention the drill was going way to fast and so was she... which proceeded to her slipping off my nail onto my skin and cutting me.. it started to bleed a lot and she was trying to cover up what she did with her hand so I wouldn’t see what she did.. I pulled my hand away so I could see the damage... it hurt so bad, I just wanted to walk out but I know they would still make me pay and if I didn’t they would probably start issues so I let her finish but I didn’t want her to paint the nail that she hurt I just wanted her to put a bandage on it but she proceeded to paint it anyway... whatever.. but I will not be going back to this place... the attitude and the way she was handling my hands was unnaceptable.....

WORST SERVICE EVER. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Take the extra time and just go to Wentzville. I walked in and there was a dirty towel on the floor, the lady was passed out on the couch after eating, the place was absolutely disgusting. The nail pallets were absolutely disgusting. I head back to get a pedicure done and there were no pedicure liners. That’s so unsanitary. I decided to leave and as I was backing out the lady came out and stopped me and put her arm in my car so I couldn’t leave. She kept talking me to come back in and begged me. I felt bad so I did, and I wish I hadn’t. I feel she was pressuring me to stay and was very passive aggressive about things she would say and do. I was highly unsatisfied. I only went there because it was convenient but never again will I step foot in that salon. This place does not deserve any stars. This place should be shut down...
