Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Warrenton

My fiance went up tonight to get food for my children, myself who's pregnant, and himself after a long day at work. He gets home we ith the food and we were missing a curly fry and half of his 20 piece chicken nugget. So he calls up there to let him know of there mess up, they answer the phone and he says "hi I was just u there and my order wasn't right" and they hung up! So he calls back thinking it was an honest mistake and they answer with an attuide, they argued with him saying they weren't going to give him anything besides the fry and told him he couldn't get it till tomorrow because they didnt want to make it because they are trying to clean. He then argues with my fiance then hangs up again! So he calls back to ask for HQs number and he refused to give him the numbers to anyone higher up. Then proceeds to try to argue with my fiance so I take the phone and respectfully tell him my name, give my apologies for my fiance getting upset but hes had a long day at work and he just wanted to feed the kids and get to bed so he can get back up at 6am for work the next day. This manager named Tommy says that he doesnt care he doesnt want to replace the things they messed up! He continued to have a huge attuide with me. I explain to him I have manger experience and plenty of customer service and inform him that hes being very improfessonial and he says with a sarcastic tone that he wishes me the best and to have a great day and then asks if he can hang up. Very disrespectful! And very disappointed in this! We have been regular customers for a long time and had many messed up orders including pickles being put on a burger after being told I was allergic and cant have them. Very rude and tomorrow I will be looking to speak to higher up, I hope for a...

Quite possibly the best fast food experience I've ever had. Overall: 9.5/10 Customer Care: 10/10 Food Presentation: 9.325/10 I followed an experienced Jack-in-the-Box customer into this fine establishment with very high hopes, but serious doubts. Shortly after entering and seeing a nice industrial fence separating seating areas, I was quickly assured that my experience was going to be great. The cashier was a true gentleman, he treated me with such class and elegance that I was full before my order. Once I got my food, I was blown away by the presentation. Most places give you a tray with maybe a nice piece of paper on it, but at this haven, my food was served to me in a beautiful Gullah, cross-hatched basket. The food was truly amazing. The tacos were beautifully formed to where no food fell out of the taco while it was being consumed. The burger was spectacular as it was not dripping in grease but still had a great juicy patty. The curly fries were nothing less than beautiful. The milkshake and mini churros were exquisite. One of the best milkshakes I've ever consumed. Before leaving we gave the staff a standing ovation of cheering. I wish I could live in this beautiful town so I could go to this establishment at least once a day. Safe to say this is a new favorite of my conossieur fast...

The manager Joe made everything right but not till after the girl at the drive through called me my husband and my son a liar. After talking to the manager he stopped her from yelling in the back about me then said I was pretty much right after he looked up the receipt. He proceeded to read off my order and so happens I get home and my husband's receipt was still in the truck, and that's what we ordered but the girl bagged a buttery jack. When I only eat the sourdough jack ONLY and my husband knows that's all I eat there. So happens sourdough was on the receipt as well. before I left the place I was in tears shaking and upset over how I was treated at this Jack in the box the only one that made anything right was the manager. I've never liked Jack in the box anywhere I've ever lived or been and I like this one cuz it's close and I've never had too much of a problem that which I could not get fixed and that's only happened maybe once but this was the worst experience I ever had being talked down to makes you feel worse than anything in the world. This wasn't fair for me or the manager and that girl should be fired. I do know a lot of people in high places and that enjoy Jack in the box I can have them put a stop to it as well. 😔 It ruined my day at your Jack...
