Several months ago we were looking for a new mattress and adjustable bed. We had researched on line but did not want to purchase without trying the different brands. We saw that Snoozehouse had the brands we were interested in and decided to take a trip to Warrenton, around sixty miles away, to check them out. Rana showed us the different mattresses and advised us to take our time with no pressure from him unless we needed information. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we found the Puffy mattresses that we liked. We decided to buy them from him rather than order them. He worked with us on the delivery time and arranged it to suit our schedule. The delivery was truly "white glove". The young man who delivered and set up the bed did a great job. Rana was absolutely AMAZING in helping us to get a brand new mattress and box spring set that was in our price range. We had ordered a new mattress from Amazon but instead of receiving a mattress we received a couch! 😂 It was a Saturday evening and we were at a loss.
