I had the worst customer service. Once I was a loyal, frequent customer. Not anymore. I was at the cash register and was told I was $2.60 short. The store owner was nasty and kept telling me I didn't have enough money. But I stood there and didn't leave because he still had possession of ALL of my money. It was like he was trying to make me leave WITHOUT receiving my cash back.

I was humiliated, and on the verge of tears. Which is a SHAME because everyone else here is very friendly and the store owner is killing his own business.

EDIT: I went there again and meant a couple of really nice ladies who refunded my money over an "ancient Byzantine coin." I took it home and realized it was a fake. The coin said "copy" but copy was not on the card. So, I give back a couple of...

This was a super nice place. Although I purchased a light fixture missing about 14 crystals. The dealer assured me he had replacements and told me to come back on the weekend to pick them up. I drove there, waited for almost 30 minutes for the dealer to call back and tell the workers where the promised crystals were. He never called back. Today someone else called me and said he did not have the crystals as promised at all. I doubt I would've bought this light fixture had I known it was going to cost more to fix it to a usable condition. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I won't go back. I was sold a project and promised the pieces to make it usable. Now it's just a piece of junk...

Love this place, but won't be returning due to the rude and downright ugly old man employee who couldn't contain his temper and anger towards my mother and I. His aggravation toward us was because of his own confusion to which was not a big deal at all, but he resorted to tossing me receipt and credit card back at me while muttering under his breath. Even the other employee, who is as lovely as can be, was embarrassed and apologized for him. I won't be returning so long as that kind of negative, passive aggressive, miserable man...
