O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Warrior

My wife and I went there in April, she needed wiper blades. I was busy getting something else, she asked for some premium blades for her Rav4. They sold her Rain X blades. We put them on, no problem. It wasn't raining that day, so she really didn't use them that much being summer. It rained today Oct. 24, I was driving my wife to the grocery store and noticed one wiper was touching the other. It was causing a bump every so often, like one was too long. We went by OReilly's in Warrior, AL. The older guy put 2 cheaper blades on, one shorter than the previous blades an charged us $28.00 for both blades. Why would not he just adjust the old blades. I wonder why he just didn't give us the one shorter blade that we needed? They have always been nice and helpful in the past, but I think we will be going to Advance or Napa from now on. They know this wasn't handled right. its just wiper blades. What if it was something more...

Found what I needed. Was in the light bulb isle. And was facing the light bulb. Went through the book and found what bulbs I needed as soon as I sat the book down. Buddy behind the counter says you looking for light bulbs. “Yep” well what vehicle. “ already found it”. Go up to the counter where there are three people not doing anything as far as work. One gentleman reading what could of been a romance novel the other just looking around. And ole my ole lightbulb buddy. Rings me up mind you I have about 7-8 things in my hand. I normally like O'Reilly's in a shop in there all the time and I was very disappointed when I found that the guy behind the counter had no clue about what any kind of part was about except what was on the computer you might want to teach your people a little more about the products that are being sold or have them find a new job. I found the part at another O'Reilly's where somebody knew what the hell...
