Avoid this place. One year old $185 chainsaw was hard starting and idling due to a worn out diaphragm in the carburetor. Capital Repair Services LLC in Warsaw charged me $65.00 for this diagnosis and stated for ~$180 they would make the saw like new. Picked up the saw and was charged an ADDITIONAL $180 ($245 total) only to run the saw for 20 minutes before it wouldn't run any more. Took the saw back and the tech mentioned he noticed the fuel line was kind of fragile when he was working on it and the new gas they put in must have further damaged it. They insisted on an additional charge of $22.54 for the fuel line fix. So 2 trips and $267 later I am back in business but not feeling great about Capital Repair Services in Warsaw. Price run up due to inadequate disclosures, not applying the deposit/diagnosis to the repair, charging $30 for shop rags, charging a shipping fee (see other reviews about this), and I have never seen tax charged on a shipping charge! Can I get a tax refund? I will check in with the owner and update if I get a response. When I asked about the owner the employees were helpful enough to tell me "he's a guy in Richmond" and when pressed they said his name is Pete. Should be...

To the owner of Capitol Repair response below: Thank you for your neutral response. You may want to consider putting a shelter over your propane tank area. Or, possibly think about putting on your website that you do not service in inclement weather situations. Or, at the discretion of your employee. So that customers don't waste their gas money coming to your establishment.
Owners Reponse to Monica's Review: Thank you for your comment. As the owner of any company should know, the well being and happiness of their employees and customer's should always be behind every decision. This takes precedence over all other concerns. While you might say it was hardly raining, another person might disagree. The propane dispenser is not covered for shelter from a storm and therefore, we have determined that it is in our employee's best interest for safety and comfort throughout the day that they should not be required to pump propane in the rain. We are happy that you took her advice and went to the competition and were serviced...
