I have had the WORST experience with Kay Jewelers. I highly suggest to stay FAR AWAY from them. My fiancé got my engagement ring from them in August. I started wearing the ring in September. By December my ring had a loose stone already. When it was taken in to fix one loose stone, they ended up loosing a bunch of others. I didn't get my ring back for over a month. They ended up having to totally replace my ring. On top of it, we were told that there would be insurance by the District Manager, Tim, only to find out later that they don't do insurance on any pearl ring. Also, when we went in to pick up the new ring, it was not the right size which they promised it would be. So we had to wait another 2 weeks to get it in. When it finally came in, it was still the wrong size. I finally got it to be the right size later, but there have been a lot of issues with them. It has been a very unacceptable experience and I refuse to ever go back. I highly suggest to everyone thinking about going here to NOT go and stay away! Read moreWhen the store manager (kj) takes it upon herself to solder someone's rings together when it was never a part of their conversation nor was it ever anything they wanted. Then we're told it will be sent back and corrected and a week or so goes by and we're told the ring is back just to find out it was never actually sent back it was never corrected and then you asked to talk to the store manager and of course she's out no big deal but you leave her a message for her to contact you and figure out what she plans to do to make it right. Then she never returns your phone call so now I want to know who her manager is and who's going to fix this and make this right this is not exactly something that you can just act like didn't happen and then treat your customers the way that you are at this point this needs fixed with more than just a phone call. While in the store my Mom was wanting a new ring Trenton was patient in showing my Mom several rings and helping her make her decision. We also took in a tennis bracelet that they were unable to repair they called and explained that to me and assured us they would refund the charge for that. Yesterday when we went in to the Warsaw store to pick up my Mom's new ring and the other two rings they sized for me Jennifer waited on us she was very professional and helpful took care of my Mom's refund gave her a box for her new ring and even ask to clean her diamond earrings she had on.
