A very regular Warsaw TJ Maxx customer since the doors opened, I have seen hit and miss experiences. Until my visit last Thursday, I would say that it was consistently going downhill. Wow, what a difference the new management has seemed to bring. While going through the store, he quickly introduced himself as the new manager, Casey and asked if I needed help with anything. I spent quite a few hours there looking through clean and organized shelves and was greeted by other employees that all seemed very happy to be there and interacted with the new manager with a bright and improved attitude from other experiences I had at the store. There was an employee tidying each section of the store and stocking the whole time and all offering to “help” if needed. Great experience and excited to have such an awesome store...
Read moreMy wife loves to drag me to places like this, Ross, etc. We wander around aimlessly while she asks me "which do you like better?" type questions. To which I normally try to convince her that I couldn't care less, or that I like the one that she likes better while I look for a telltale gleam in her eyes that hint at which one I should point to. Another fun and self entertaining game is to try to put stuff in the cart that she will say, "No!!" to. I've included some pics of a few recent classics. Often enough, I don't even get my hands on the item before we make eye-contact and she says, "No! No! No!". At some point we reach an equilibrium where her nerves, humor, and patience are such that she's had enough "fun" and she's ready to go also. Good luck to you, my fellow captives...

A barb wire fence is friendlier and more helpful than this small town joke of a store. Trust me, you’d be better off shopping at a different TJ Maxx. Worst customer service experience ever. Just another lazy good o’l boys club that doesn’t follow corporate standards or rules with zero accountability. Nothing easy about making a holiday return there that follows website guidelines!
